  1. Order Cancellation
    Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped.
    To request cancellation, please email us at thecsrinvestors@gmail.com with your order details.

  2. Refunds
    Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged in transit

  • Product is defective

  • Product is different from what was ordered

Please note: Customized or made-to-order products are non-refundable, unless they are damaged or defective.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–4 business days.
